The Match.” Albuquerque, New Mexico (2008). Brittani Marcell went home from high school for lunch. She was beaten with a shovel to the head. Her mother Diane returned home to find a lot of blood. She said she saw a male who told her she was “next.” Diane screamed and ran from the home. That male had reached for a knife, but suddenly left. Brittani was in critical condition at the hospital and she was signed-in under an assumed name.

Police detectives believe Brittani’s beating was personal and angry. A drop of blood from the male attacker was found near the window that he crashed through upon his escape. Brittani had a boyfriend and his DNA was tested. It didn’t match. She survived and then her case went cold. That is until she was hypnotized and a young man’s name came up. He is known as Justin Hansen.
