DAY ONE of the GATHERING OF NATIONS Powwow 2016 brought at least 1000 fans to the THE PIT. The arena bleachers filled up with powwow fans plus 3,000 dancers from around the U.S. and Canada. STAGE 49 also brought native singers & musical bands to perform on a very cold day at Albuquerque Friday April 29, 2016.
