'48 Hours' Beauty queen 'killer' indictment & second suspect arrested

48 HOURS on CBS. The 2008 episode called, "Stolen Beauty" covered the disappearance of Tara Grinstead in 2005. She was a former beauty queen and a local high school teacher. Ryan Alexander Duke was arrested 12 years after Tara's disappearance 2007. He has been charged with burglary, aggravated assault, concealment of death, malice murder and 2 felony counts of murder. Ryan choked Tara to death in her home and said he buried her body inside a pecan farm. 

A second suspect named Bo Dukes was also arrested. He has been charged with concealment of death, tampering with evidence and "hindering the apprehension of a criminal for allegedly helping Duke hide Grinstead’s body." Tara's remains have not been found. Ryan and Bo were former students of Tara.

CBS is not streaming "Stolen Beauty" online at their official website. Below is a recorded fan video uploaded to YouTube from 2008. Also included in the episode is the missing case of Jennifer Kesse. She vanished in the same way as Tara, but in Florida state.
