Both films SICARIO and MAZE RUNNER: THE SCORCH TRIALS were used at the Albuquerque Studios. The movies open in U.S. theaters on Sept. 18, 2015.

HELP WANTED episode has Walt searching for a new deputy in LONGMIRE

LONGMIRE episode HELP WANTED. I must say -- The Ferg has really stepped up as a deputy in Absaroka County. You can tell that he still likes Cady Longmire. As for Vic, well, she liked the deputy who helped out when Walt took a leave of absence. She called him, but another woman's voice answered his iPhone. I think she still likes Walt, but maybe that ship has sailed for the both of them. I mentioned that another blonde has entered the life of Walt through his latest investigation. I may be wrong, but he was looking at her more than just a witness. We'll see...,

Former classmate Mark Skinner passes away

The Internet gives us a lot of information & that includes news from our hometowns. I haven't seen nor talked to Mark Skinner since High School way back when. We weren't friends, but only went to school together. I didn't realize he fought a form of disease all his life. I just read his obituary & he said other people have it worse. He went on to live a life & have kids. Good for him & how courageous is that?

Time moves so fast & people pass on. A hand full of my Native generation, who I grew up with, are gone now too. I can only say Mark, that I remember you. I know that your soul has now found some peace. There is no more pain. Rest easy now..., RP

HELP WANTED has Walt hiring a new deputy to replace Branch Connally. It's sad, but life moves on even when good characters are killed in the story lines. A blonde therapist was introduced in this episode & she is played by Ally Walker. I think Walt is attracted to her & I hope she sticks around because I think she's one sexy woman. Just Sayin'...,

Navajo Indian Tacos popular at "Indian Village" NM State Fair 2015

I wanted to stay longer at the NM State Fair, but I had an article to write. People began showing up in the late afternoon for $1 Dollar Day. And yes, I did have a Navajo Indian Taco. It was near orgasmic.

Roscoe goes to $1 Dollar Day at the New Mexico State Fair 2015

Hey everyone -- I went to the New Mexico State Fair today because it was $1 Dollar Day. Thousands flocked to the gates & I will have a photo slide show in my latest article which is coming soon. 

Of course, I went straight to the Indian Village & it is very popular at the fair. It's got to be because of the Navajo Indian Tacos & Fry Bread. I took photos of the people who bought those big turkey legs too. Tasty looking. I think everyone goes to the fair just to eat.

On Tuesday is $2 dollar day, but I think the fair isn't suffering. They are making big bucks. Click on the photo for NM State Fair website.

LONGMIRE episode FOUR ARROWS has Walt returning to work to find a dead body

First, Thanks everybody for reading my TV recaps of LONGMIRE. My last recap of the episode HIGH NOON has climbed to number #1 in rankings with society & culture at Examiner News. That of course is the episode where Barlow confesses to killing his own son & ordering the murder of Walt's wife Martha. 

I just watched the next episode FOUR ARROWS. Walt took 6 weeks off of work to deal with the aftermath of Barlow's death. He returns to find the dead body of a young woman right before the grand opening of the FOUR ARROWS Indian Casino.

By the way, I didn't think Walt had to apologize to Jacob Nighthorse for anything. He was complicit in Martha's death. Walt was funny though in the way he half-heartedly apologized. Click on the photo for my TV recap of FOUR ARROWS. 

48 Hours on CBS might have a false confession in "Death on the Hudson"

DEATH ON THE HUDSON is a repeat episode on 48 HOURS, but with brand new evidence. A European woman confesses to what looks like false statements on the death of her American boyfriend. Police want a confession of murder after 11 hours of hard questions. They get it but security tapes show the audience a different story. Very, very interesting.

SAG-AFTRA rescinds "Do Not Work" notice for OFF CAMERA WITH SAM JONES

SAG-AFTRA says they have, "rescinded its 'no contract/no work' order regarding the cable and online series 'Off Camera with Sam Jones', the talk show for Audience Network."

"SAG-AFTRA has signed a collective bargaining agreement with the production company Beware Doll Inc. to cover Off Camera with Sam Jones." 

Which means union members can audition and/or be hired onto this new show.

LONGMIRE episode HIGH NOON has Barlow confessing to a double murder

LONGMIRE episode called HIGH NOON. It was a gun duel between Walt Longmire & Barlow Connally that marked the end of Walt's search for the man who ordered the murder of his wife Martha. Barlow confessed to it & also to killing his own son Branch because he stumbled onto Barlow & Jacob's scheme's & deceit. Wow -- It has been 4 long TV seasons & Walt's journey for the truth has ended. Remember in the first episode, when he cried because he lost Martha?

HIGH NOON  was an incredible episode because it came down to good & evil. Barlow knew that Walt would eventually find out about everything. He was jealous of Walt too because Branch was a good deputy under Walt. Barlow's greed overcame him because of the Indian casino being built by Jacob Nighthorse. That greed cost him his son. Walt was right. Barlow is going to Hell.

HIGH NOON is my favorite episode of all 4 TV seasons. It has great writing & it stays close to the mystery books written by Craig Johnson. Click on the photo for the HIGH NOON recap over at Examiner News.

LONGMIRE Season 4, Episode 3 HIGH NOON has Barlow & Walt in gun shootout

LONGMIRE. My TV recap will come to Examiner News soon. But -- Did you all watch episode 3 called, HIGH NOON? Holy Mother of God - It has to be the best written episode ever. Everything comes to a head over the death of Branch Connally. Cady helps Walt figure out what happened to Branch & who killed him. He also finds out who ordered the murder of his wife Martha. 

All I'm going to say is -- that Walt Longmire & Barlow Connally have a gun shootout to the death. It's Goddamn Incredible!

DATELINE a 2-hour mystery of a soon to be married man executed in THE SHADOW

DATELINE. I must say, what an incredible mystery that unfolds along with police investigating the murder of a kind young man. I mean, the coincidences built up into a conspiracy to kill another human being. Unbelievable!

LONGMIRE Season 4, Episode 2 has Walt & Henry quietly investigating Branch's death

Walt & his deputies investigate the murder of a man who wanted to build memorial inside a former Japanese internment camp. Henry & Walt discover that Branch's body was moved to the river after being killed somewhere else.

LONGMIRE on NETFLIX premieres to satisfied TV fans of 4th TV season

Thanks everybody for stopping by my Examiner News article on LONGMIRE. It has climbed all the way up to number #5 with popularity. And that is just the first episode of the 4th TV season over at Netflix. I just watched the second episode & it just gets better. My TV recap should be up soon.

No INDIAN FRY BREAD CONTEST at New Mexico State Fair 2015

There will be no Powwow inside the Indian Village this year. There will also be no "Indian Fry Bread" contest either because it is not on the schedule. The Native Cafe did however enter their, "Pueblo Deep Fried Blue Corn" & "Pinon Pancake Kabob" into the unique food competition. They didn't place because the winners were announced on Thursday Sept. 10.

LONGMIRE begins with 4th TV season & Branch is supposedly dead

Well, I just cannot believe Branch Connally committed suicide. Walt believes he was murdered & it looks like Branch's death might be a cover up by either Jacob Nighthorse or Barlow Connally. Remember, Branch & Barlow were skeet shooting & a gunshot went off in a cliff hanger.

Also, Malaki has taken over the RED PONY from Henry Standing Bear. He is more concerned with Hector who was a witness last year who supposedly died. Branch had video surveillance of Barlow & Jacob discussing how to kill Martha who was Walt's wife. The video cameras have gone missing. 

My only beef with the season premiere on Netflix was Jacob using the ridiculous GENERAL CUSTER act aimed at Walt. Jacob's speech was just stupid. Come on, this is 2015, but I guess there are natives who still feel it is the "white man against the Indian." Jacob is ruthless though, because he now has Indian casino money to throw around. Remember, he was hired by Barlow to kill Martha. He then hired David to kill her too. But in return, David hired Miller to stab Martha to death in Denver.

SAG-AFTRA show us your card & tell us your story on video

Did you guys get the email from the SAG-AFTRA president Ken Howard? Union members can create a short video of how & when they got their SAG-AFTRA card. Just send it in to the email provided. It's called "Show us your card, Tell us your story."

I probably won't send in a video because it's really no Big Deal to anyone but "me." I got my SAG card on the comedy film SLACKERS 2001. I played a college student & I was 30-something. I looked real young. Jason Segel is one of the lead characters in the comedy & he's in a black & white classroom scene. I'm sitting in front of him taking a test. The director told us that we had to pass that test. The camera pulled out from Jason & it's about 14 seconds long. I look like I'm really concentrating too. Hah!

I had not seen the film until this year 2015. I'm also in another scene in the background talking with a female student. I have a red shirt on. An actor classmate knew the film's director & he got me the job where I received my 3 SAG vouchers that qualified me for my union card. I've been a proud member since. By the way, I just cut off my long hair too in 2000. I got tired of the NATIVE WARRIOR thing & stopped.

Below is a screen shot of my scene. I'm in front of Jason Segel. SLACKERS is not great & wasn't a success at the box office. But, it got me in. I've been trying to get a lead role ever since without success.

The native group "Moonlight Chanters" was added to the talent list at the last minute at the INDIAN VILLAGE inside the NM State Fair 2015.

INDIAN VILLAGE at the NEW MEXICO STATE FAIR begins today Thursday Sept. 10, 2015

The 2015 "New Mexico State Fair" begins today, Thursday Sept. 10 & it runs until Sept. 20. The INDIAN VILLAGE opens inside the state fairgrounds at Albuquerque. 

A native talent act was added to the INDIAN VILLAGE schedule at the last minute. Admission if "free" if you buy Rodeo and/or Concert tickets. There have been several NM State Fair commercial spots playing on local TV stations all summer. Check out the one below promoting state fair concerts.

NETFLIX premiere of LONGMIRE season 4 begins right now Sept. 10, 2015

Well, it's about time. We've waited for the 4th TV season of LONGMIRE for more than a year. Let's get to the cliffhanger & all those answers. - Wahoo!

First photo of Matt Damon as Jason Bourne in next film sequel 2016

As everyone knows -- I'm a huge fan of JASON BOURNE & I'm excited for the next installment which comes in 2016. Matt Damon & Paul Greengrass (movie director) are back for the next sequel. Both of them share screenwriting credits. Damon would only return to the action series if Greengrass would -- who didn't for THE BOURNE LEGACY in 2012 with Jeremy Renner as Aaron Cross. 

Universal Pictures announced that Damon wanted to return in 2016. There is no news on Jeremy Renner to return for his next sequel in 2016. It would be excellent if Aaron & Jason would pass each other in a movie scene. But, that's just dreaming from an overzealous fan. It could happen. Hah!

Below is the first photo of Damon as Jason Bourne on the set of the yet untitled action thriller. And it looks like he is more "physically ripped" than he has been in the first three films. It also looks like Jason is gonna kick some major ass...!
