"Mr. Selfridge" returns for the 4th & final TV season

MR. SELFRIDGE on PBS. (S04E01). The Selfridge store has celebrated 20 years & it is now 1928. The roaring twenties is coming to a close & Harry is still a wild man who party's & gambles. It shows on his face too, but he is still a man who knows how to handle his chain of stores. Lady Mae Loxley is now Madame Mae Renaud, who returns to London because she's getting a divorce. She's a little older, but still has that naughty sexy attitude. (She is my favorite character who disappeared in Season 3).

Miss Mardle has moved to New York with her much young lover. She continues to send birthday cards to Mr. Grove who still has a fondness for her. His 5 children have grown into young adults. Harry gives Madame Mae a job to design up-to-date fashion for women. The Dolly Sisters are in London & Harry asks them to model Mae's clothes.

Harry falls from a stage when showing a new design for Selfridge's. He takes time off, but returns & this is when the TV show comes alive. All of the departments from fashion, perfume, toys & technology moves Selfridge's into future. Harry knows how to market his product which is all fun to watch.
