It's been more than 20 years since the 1994 Tonya Harding vs. Nancy Kerrigan battle on & off the Ice Skating Ring. Actress, Margot Robbie is attached to portray Tonya in a movie called, "I, Tonya" which is now in production development. Everyone knows the Tonya story who grew up poor in Portland, Oregon. She rose to the top of the figure skating world in the early 1990's. She finished 8th place during the 1994 winter Olympics to Nancy Kerrigan's 2nd place Silver Medal. Tonya was banned from figure skating after her husband Jeff planned an attack on Kerrigan by hiring a man to bash her knee-in. To this day 2016, Tonya claims she didn't know about the attack.
