The first film was a surprise box office smash back in 2002 which became a TV series that was cancelled because of low TV ratings. The movie sequel comes 14 years later for "My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2." It opens against the comic book match up over the weekend called, "Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice."
The Internet Movie Database (IMDB) says, "A Portokalos family secret brings the beloved characters back together for an even bigger and Greeker wedding."
