Let's set the record straight. Cole kicked her drug habit 30 years ago in 1985 when she entered Rehab for a second time. Hepatitis C lay dormant in her body from her drug use in the 1970's. She was forced to get a kidney transplant because of that Hepatitis in 2009. Several media outlets put up the photo below saying it was taken in 1960. Cole was born in 1950. That photo was shot by George Hurrell who specialized in black & white publicity pictures of movie stars of the 1940's & 50's. The photo below was used to promote Cole's 1991 Record "Unforgettable, With Love" which went on to sell 14 million copies world wide.

Whitney Houston just gave birth to Bobbi Christina in 1993. She asked Natalie to sing 2 songs from "The Bodyguard" soundtrack which were nominated for Oscar's. Natalie stepped in at the last minute & you can't tell at first listen, but she forgot a lyric. She covered it really well which was live during the Academy Awards. David Foster is playing the piano & Cole truly was an astounding live performer.
