'48 Hours: NCIS' The face of 'Jane Doe' is bludgeoned dozens of times

“48 Hours: NCIS” (CBS) was seen on Tuesday evening at 10/9 p.m. I aired at 9 p.m. (central time) on the Albuquerque station KRQE 13. Last night’s episode on June 6, 2017 was called, “Body of Evidence.” In the overnight TV ratings it garnered 4.81 million TV viewers overall. It reached 0.5 million TV viewers in the all important 18 to 49 adult demographic. “World of Dance” (NBC) grabbed 8.42 overall & 1.9 with adults. “American Housewife” nabbed 2.06 overall & 0.5 with adults.

“Body of Evidence.” 1989. A young woman goes missing and no one searches for her but only a best friend. That woman’s name was Annie Tahan and her boyfriend Michael Paalan said that she had left him. A woman’s dead body was found off the side of a highway a few months later. Police couldn’t identify her and she became a “Jane Doe.” Her face had been bludgeoned so bad that forensic spent 500 hours piecing together her skull. Michael was working in the Navy and transferred out of state after Annie disappeared. NCIS picked up the cold case in 1993 and two detectives had to start from scratch. They first visited with Annie’s best friend to gather up her evidence. She spent three years searching for Annie...,
