'Endeavour' 2012 PBS movie gives us a young Inspector Morse

ENDEAVOUR on ITV. (2012). This is the TV pilot movie of the four PBS Masterpiece seasons. It grabbed 8.21 million TV viewers overall in the final ratings. It is the prequel to the popular “Inspector Morse” TV series.

If anyone knows me. I love a great murder mystery. The TV pilot blew me away. I was completely shocked by who the killer turned out to be. Inspector Morse is young who begins his journey back in 1965.

“Endeavour” opened with several teen girls who are part of a sex orgy. They are with older men who are prominent in the Oxford community. A 15-year-old girl goes missing. Constable Morse had dropped out of a local university and was working with the police. He is unsure where he’s going and decides to resign as a deputy. He is then re-assigned to Oxford and quickly studies the missing case of the teen girl. He’s smart and pieces together how she might’ve disappeared. A young man kills himself who knew this missing girl. Inspector “Thursday” sees something in Morse as an excellent, budding investigator.

(Note: People have uploaded this movie onto YouTube and it is disappointing. Buy the DVD at AMAZON. You'll be glad you did...,).
